Anaesthesia
As the safety of our patients is paramount, all our anesthetic procedures are performed by a specialist team of equine anesthesiologists.
Our dedicated team of anaesthesia specialists has extensive equine experience, access to state-of-the-art equipment, and can provide expert advice on the post-operative management of patients undergoing surgery.
It is our goal to provide the safest anaesthetic and to maximize comfort for every patient. We pay dedicated attention to thoroughly assessing individual patients before and during anaesthesia, as well as during recovery from surgery, and place special emphasis on pain management for all our patients.
The same level of expert care is given to all patients including healthy, elderly and ill patients undergoing either routine, simple or complex treatments, as well as to emergency cases requiring urgent surgery or procedures.
We include final year veterinary students in our service as we are dedicated to teaching the next generation of equine vets how to practice anaesthesia as safely as possible.
